My friends hilarious letter to Roger Goodell after the Ray Rice controversy Dear Roger, I am writing you in regards to your recent decisions to suspend Ray Rice indefinitely. I completely support and appreciate these actions as I am a huge Steelers fan and despise the Baltimore Ravens. Furthermore, his actions were disgusting and well deserving of the punishment. My problem here is that you initially only issued a 2 game suspension, and I consequently wasted my 6th round draft pick in my Fantasy League this year on him. While he is a horrible person and plays for a terrible team, his fantasy value at the 6th round was very difficult to pass on, especially knowing that his punishment had already been put in place. You have compromised my season at this point in time and I am very unhappy with you. I am open to any compensation for your actions and how they have costed me this season. Last year I was coach of the year in my league and this season I just look silly. Some ideas for compensation in recognition for your negligence and carelessness are listed below, but I am always open to fresh ideas as well. Reimbursement for my dues in the league Co-manage my team - that's right - get me out of this hole you dug Tickets to a Steelers game Steelers hat or gear Sincere apology (obviously signed and mailed) Suspend another Running Back and give me the heads up in advance so I can handcuff the backup (I'm thinking Forte or Shane Vareen) Thanks for you time and best of luck this season.
